Note: Only the Billing Contact under your account can complete this step, to check who the billing contact of your account is, go under Settings > System Users and look for the user with (Billing Contact) under the Permissions column

How to update Credit Card Details
- Log into ui.sinefa.com then go into Settings > Billing > Payment Details
- Select Add New Card
- Enter in your Credit Card Details as required then press Apply
- If you already had a credit card listed, you will then need to Select Use this Card back in the Payment Details section as per the screenshot below
How to re-activate your Subscription
Note: You will only need to complete this step if your Account has expired/been cancelled
- Go into Settings > Billing > Subscription
- At the bottom of that page you will need to select reactivate subscription - this will deduct the amount owing from your account (if any) off that card and reactive your subscription almost instantly
