Overview
Note: To be able to complete this you will need to be the Administrator on the account.
If you require to upgrade/downgrade your subscription on the probe due to it being captured incorrectly, you will need to complete the following
- Go into Settings > Probes
- Next to your probe under the Subscription column, select the current Subscription you have (i.e. 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps)
- A pop-up will appear with the list of subscriptions available, select the one you're after and then select Change
