Whether you have just signed up or have created a new account, you will reach the Welcome screen upon first login to app.sinefa.com. This is a break down of each screen from start to finish with each step explained.
Note: If you have exited out of the Free Trial Probe screen, select your account name in the top right-hand corner to bring up the drop-down menu and then select Order Free Trial Probe
Select your free trial probe now
This is to initiate the trial probe request process - you will have the option to select either a 100Mbps, 1Gbps or virtual probe (doesn't require a credit card).
I don't need a probe, just take me to my account.
This will take you out of the welcome screen and take you straight to the Sinefa UI so you're able to add users/amend billing details or have a quick look before your probe arrives!
Sinefa Probe Selections
This is where you arrange whether you want a 100Mbps or 1Gbps hardware probe. You can also reach the Virtual probe image selections from here, that doesn't require a credit card to be entered whereas the hardware probes do

I already have a probe
This will take you out of the Welcome Screen and straight to the Sinefa Portal
Add a Probe by Serial Number
The serial number of your hardware probe is located underneath the probe itself. You can add it in the portal first so as soon as it's detected as online it will automatically register to your account
Add a Public Probe
Public Probes are used for NQS and are based in various locations, they can be added through this menu
