If you receive an alert with the message "Error applying Shaping Config", you can usually resolve this by one of the following:
1. This alert may occur if the probe has completed a software update applied and requires a reboot before shaping will work again. Please reboot the probe that has this alert and that should solve the problem.
Wait for 5 minutes for the unit to come back. If that alert does not go away continue to the next step.
2. Access the Sinefa probe via SSH or console. On the console menu go to 'System' - 'Reset Configuration'. You may keep the network settings, then click OK to reset the configuration.
Wait for 5 minutes for the unit to come back.
