This is typical because the date on the Probe has not synched. As a result, recent historical data gets populated in the past (wrong time). By default, the Probe gets its date from pool.ntp.org. If access is not allowed the date will remain unchanged. To address this issue:
- You can either allow access to pool.ntp.org for the Sinefa probe
- Or point the probe to an internal NTP server (x.x.x.x) using the CLI interface:
cli> ntp servers add x.x.x.x
cli > config save
to confirm the server has been added :
cli> ntp show
To confirm the date, exit the CLI and through the Wizard select Drop to Shell and type date.
Reboot the probe, once the probe has booted back up it will take some time before results are populated in the right time intervals.
